Shipping and delivery

Effective 22 August 2026

We build software, so everything we deliver arrives digitally, and you watch it arrive while it is being built rather than waiting for a parcel.

How delivery works

Work happens in a repository you hold from the first commit, so delivery is continuous: you can read the build filling up throughout, and nothing about handover is a surprise.

On completion of a milestone, its deliverables, the code, designs, documentation and credentials, are delivered through that repository and through accounts in your name: your hosting, your app store listings, your domains. Where credentials must move, they move through a secure channel rather than email.

Delivery timelines

Timelines are set per project in the written proposal, because a booking flow and a production CRM do not take the same number of weeks. The first drawing of your system lands within a few days of the first call, and the record on this site shows real spans, from builds shipped inside a week to systems maintained for over a year.

Where a date depends on something from your side, materials, access, an approval, the dependency is named in the proposal, and the schedule moves with it as the terms describe, in writing, never silently.

Worldwide, no customs

Delivery is remote and worldwide. Because nothing physical is shipped, there are no shipping charges, carriers, customs duties or delivery addresses involved, and your location never delays a release.
