How pricing works

Effective 22 August 2026

Every project here gets a written quote with a fixed number in it, and the number is produced the same way every time. This page is that way.

First the drawing, then the number

We quote after we have drawn your system on one page, because that is when a number can be honest. The drawing shows what actually has to exist, you argue with it until it is right, and the quote prices exactly that.

What a quote contains

A fixed amount for a defined scope, broken into milestones you can see, each with what it delivers and when. It also names its assumptions and anything from your side a date depends on. A quote stays open for thirty days, and you approve it in writing before any work is billed.

How payment runs

Each milestone is invoiced as the proposal sets out and payable within seven days, by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay, or by bank transfer. Quotes are in Indian rupees or US dollars, whichever suits where you are, and taxes required by law appear on the invoice.

The number stays the number

The quote is the price. When you ask for something outside the agreed scope, you get a new written quote for that change before the changed work begins, so every figure you ever pay is one you approved first.

Ongoing work

Maintenance and standing capacity are quoted the same way: a written monthly amount for a defined level of attention, agreed before it starts. Several systems on the record here have run for over a year this way.

Getting your number

Tell us what you are trying to build. A senior engineer replies within four hours, the first call is free, and the drawing follows within days.
