How the workactually runs.

One accountable engineer, a network of specialists, and a small number of habits that make a project boring in the way you want it to be.

  1. 01

You write, we read it properly

Your first message goes to a senior engineer, not a form queue. You get a real reply inside four hours, including at the weekend, and it will contain an actual question rather than a brochure.

  2. 02

We draw the system before we quote it

One page. Boxes, arrows, what talks to what, where the risk is. You can argue with a drawing in ten minutes, and arguing with it early is much cheaper than arguing with a build later.

  3. 03

The right specialists join for the parts they own

Design, ads, mobile, infrastructure. They come from a network Pavan has worked with for years, they are briefed off the same drawing, and he stays accountable for all of it.

  4. 04

You hold the repository from commit one

The work happens somewhere you can see it. You watch it fill up, you own it throughout, and there is never a moment where handing it over is a negotiation.

  5. 05

    It keeps running afterwards

Some of these systems have run for over a year with occasional attention. Ongoing maintenance is a normal way to work with us, not an upsell invented at the end.
